Abstract

What next for Kosovo? All eyes are on the UN Security Council. A plan for the independence of the province can only be put into place if it approves it. However, if there is to be a Security Council resolution on the future of Kosovo it is more than likely that it will be thanks to secret diplomacy between the US and the Russians.
