Abstract

Establece un marco conceptual de la relación entre desarrollo local, descentralización y gobernabilidad democrática. Analiza los procesos de descentralización en los países centroamericanos. Reflexiona en torno a las conclusiones que arrojaron estudios específicos hechos en cada uno de los países centroamericanos, para cerrar con una propuesta de agenda para el debate.
